DSR may refer to any of the following:

1. Short for Dynamic Source Routing, DSR is routing protocol used with wireless networks that maintains itself. They are useful due to their ability to organize and configure themselves even if administrators make mistakes. Also, DSR works with a mobile network if it has less than 200 nodes.

2. Short for Dell System Restore, DSR is the process that reinstalls Windows, or restores the computer back to its original configuration. The DSR can be done on many Dell computers today by pressing Ctrl+F11 or F8 as the computer is booting up. For additional information about this feature, see our hidden partition definition.
